We are looking for our future Infrastructure Architect. This is a remote opportunity available in the EU.

You will be involved in:

• Designing and maintaining resilient, scalable, and high-performance IT / OT infrastructure
• Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs
• Managing a team of three direct reports
• Developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation, policies, and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Main Skills:

• Compliance & Security (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO Standards, Zero Trust, NIST, CIS)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in smart manufacturing and edge computing
• Proven experience in simplification, standardization, and automation
• Strong leadership & team-building skills
