Job Description

You join the “Financial Security” team as a Compliance officer. On a daily basis, your mission is to:

1. Participate in the customer knowledge system on the relationship entry and review of the most sensitive customers;
2. Analyze and render financial security opinions on credits and transactions with sensitive countries;
3. Respond to requests from the Front-Office and Middle Office on financial security topics;
4. Participate in the sanctions and embargoes compliance mechanism, with the processing of alerts;
5. Analyze judicial requisitions and take charge of communication rights and suspicious activity reports to TRACFIN;
6. Write procedures and operating procedures as well as participate in the deployment of training on the financial security perimeter.

As a compliance officer, you contribute to group and regulatory reporting on the scope. You work in an international environment, within a community of experts that puts excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does.

This position is based in Paris with the ability to work from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in functions related to financial security, compliance, permanent control, audit or inspection, preferably within private banks, financial institutions, brokers or brokers.

You are familiar with:

• Anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, corruption, sanctions and embargoes;
• You and the Microsoft Office package have good IT tool adaptation skills.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

• Known for your thoroughness and responsiveness;
• Appreciates your cross-functional cooperation;
• Strong team player.

You master English with a B1 level.
