Your missions:
- Monitor major performance campaigns and salary reviews.
- Produce analyses and performance indicators to monitor and improve HR processes.
- Prepare bids for senior level hires.
- Benchmark salary data.
- Monitor the Group's Benefits coverage with our broker.
- Support HRBPs and HRDs on all C&B-related issues.
- Train managers and HRBPs in C&B.
HRIS
- Ensure the smooth operation of all global HRIS tools and associated HR processes, working closely with the Group's centers of expertise.
- Manage the Group HR Cockpit integrating artificial intelligence.
- Supervise and challenge external service providers working on the tools (integrator, support hotline, software publishers, developers, etc.).
- Design HRIS training courses for HR, managers, and employees.
- Train HR teams on HRIS tools and ensure proper use of tools by managers and employees.
- Confirm the accuracy and integrity of all HR data, maintain data in HRIS systems and databases.
- Contribute to global HRIS projects (deployment of new modules, etc.).
Your profile:
- Higher education in science or business (Engineer, Sup de Co, Scientific Master, etc.).
- Technical skills:
- At least 5 years' experience in C&B and/or HRIS.
- Experience as an HRBP/HR Generalist would be appreciated.
- You are at ease with figures and IT tools.
- Advanced level of Excel and fluent English.
- Autonomy, rigor, ability to organize and adapt.
- Ability to make proposals.
