The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in on-boarding Premium Publishers. You will have top line revenue targets and are responsible for ensuring PubMatic exceeds Publisher expectations while protecting their brand. Through active engagement and a consultative approach, you will drive value to your accounts acting as a strategic advisor and programmatic specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for maximum impact and quick resolutions
  • Optimize and analyze performance to deliver value to the accounts
  • Travel to client sites for regular strategic business review meetings
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with our premium publishers
  • Manage and develop trusting partnerships throughout the client life-cycle
  • Track and analyze performance, discover opportunities, and resolve escalations
  • Act as a tactical Client contact with premium Publisher Clients to deliver value through recommendations and manage brand control and escalation

Key Skills Required

  • Relevant experience in a client-facing role in the advertising industry
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic trading
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Creative, independent problem solver
  • Flexible, startup mindset
  • Able to cope with pressure and setbacks
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Effective communicator and presenter
  • Results driven
  • Good understanding of technical resolutions is a bonus
  • French native speaker
