Minimum Requirements :

• 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence
• Required Skills: Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query, Data Modeling and SQL, ETL processes and data integration, Python

Responsibilities

1. BI Solution Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Create robust and optimized data models for performance in Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and analysis requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the process according to defined business criteria.
• Optimize data models and reports for maximum performance.
• Implement performance management practices to guarantee fast response times.

• Document processes, data models, and BI solutions.
• Train end users and stakeholders on using Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Provide continuous support for developed BI solutions.
• Perform regular updates and improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in Power BI and related BI technologies.
• Participate in training and certifications to maintain and enhance technical skills.

Ideal Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with specific expertise in Power BI.
• Skills:
• Excellent proficiency in Power BI, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.
• Strong skills in data modeling and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of dashboard design principles and data visualization.
• Programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) is an asset.
• Personal Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and rigor in handling data.
• Languages: Proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written).
