The Four Seasons George V is located just steps from the Champs-Élysées, in the heart of the famous Golden Triangle of Paris and not far from Avenue Montaigne and its luxury boutiques.

We are looking for our Paris establishment a Commis Pâtisserie (H/F) who is experienced and qualified.

The candidate must hold a work permit in accordance with French legislation. A fluent level of French is required.

Position based in Paris.

Profile sought

The Commis de Pâtisserie is responsible for assisting Chef Bartocetti and his team at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, in all basic pastry preparations. He/she must master the fundamental techniques of French pastry and embody the excellence that characterizes the establishment.

Passionate and meticulous, the Commis de Pâtisserie must be qualified and experienced while demonstrating excellent team spirit to meet the demands of working in a brigade. A good sense of observation and a quick learning capacity will allow him/her to accurately reproduce the gestures and techniques taught, in order to gradually evolve towards more autonomy and responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Work with products according to the instructions of a Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie.
• Carry out preparations for his/her section according to the directives of his/her superior.
• Keep his/her workstation clean and tidy at all times.
• Respect, follow, and control hygiene and safety rules and wear the appropriate safety equipment.
