Welcome to our dynamic Product & Engineering team! Our amazing team is currently accelerating our “shift-to-product” by following 5 key objectives: increasing solution reliability, unlocking platform scalability, building-up knowledge and tools, standardizing IT processes, and increasing product value.
As an Engineering Manager of the SRE team, you’ll be at the forefront of building our new scalable platform, working hand in hand with Simon, our Head of Product & Engineering.

What will I be doing?
- Work with Product Management, Delivery Leaders, and your own team to define a strategy and roadmap to help the company achieve its “shift-to-product” and operational excellence required by our customers.
- By using your extensive knowledge of the bare-metal industry and cloud infrastructure, spearhead initiatives to refine and introduce innovative technologies compatible with the company technological vision, and ensure that we answer the challenges needed for our product and customers.
- Handle the relationship with our bare-metal and network provider, be it technical or commercial.
- Be accountable for the global quality and incident management to the internal and customer stakeholders: communication, coordination, follow-up on post-mortem, mitigation, and remediation. You will be the main point of contact for other parts of the company.
- Be a servant leader and technical manager for a team of 4 SRE: provide technical leadership, make sure the team stays healthy and efficient, ensure on-call rotations and “run” duties, etc.
What do I need from you?
- Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience working in an SRE, Ops, or DevOps environment.
- Professional experience managing bare metal server infrastructure with containerization (≈ 300+ hosts, ≈ 4K+ containers).
- Experience with team and collaborator management.
- Experience as Product Owner or equivalent is a plus.
- Proactive and determined, yet flexible at mind, with a good team spirit.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English.
