Are you a lithium battery expert with a passion for translating complex tech into real-world solutions?

Wenham Carter is supporting a fast-growing energy solutions provider in their search for a Pre-Sales Technical Expert focused on lithium battery systems. This is your opportunity to join a leading player in the industrial battery space, driving electrification across sectors like material handling, logistics, and airports.

What You'll Do :

• Act as the technical backbone of the sales process, supporting account managers with expert input on lithium-ion technologies.
• Guide clients through the benefits and performance characteristics of NMC and LFP battery solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and after-sales teams to deliver tailored, technically sound solutions.
• Deliver product demos and technical training to clients and partners.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of cutting-edge developments in battery management systems (BMS) and industrial energy storage.

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years in a technical role within the lithium battery industry.
• Strong command of lithium-ion chemistry (NMC, LFP) and BMS.
• Familiarity with traction equipment and OEMs.
• Deep understanding of key players in the logistics sector is a big plus.
• A confident communicator who can translate engineering speak into client value.
• Fluent in technical English; German is a plus.
• Former or aspiring team leaders are highly encouraged to apply!

Location & Travel :

Based near Northern France, this is a field-based role with regular national travel to support sales efforts.
