As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Solutions Manager (m / f) to join our team. As a specialist, his / her contribution will be essential in providing expertise and support for clinical solutions across the entire Straumann Group solutions portfolio.
Part of our French DSO team, our Clinical Solutions Manager will report directly into the Head of DSO France, and he / she will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the entire Straumann Group solutions portfolio and for offering advice, coaching to our DSO customers as well as supporting the development of this growing segment through the acquisition of new customers, by working synergistically with the Key Account Manager DSO, the Customer Success Manager DSO and the entire French Sales team. The role holder will focus on keeping and increasing the portfolio of the Straumann Group solutions as a long-term strategic partner to customers.
By leveraging his / her clinical knowledge and expertise, our Clinical Solutions Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and facilitating smooth collaboration within our DSOs partnerships.
His / her support will contribute to providing excellent service to our customers and their patients, helping them to grow and retain their loyalty, with an impact on our market penetration and sales turnover.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
National position based in France close to the main Paris-Lyon-Marseille highways. Remote working possible, with office accessibility in Paris. No special physical demands required.
