As our brand continues to blossom, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our growth and ensure seamless execution across our internal and external operations.

Your Role : Orchestrate Elegance Through Operational Excellence

As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving our internal processes, optimizing workflows, managing suppliers, and supporting our team in delivering a seamless experience to every customer. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to our operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while staying aligned with our brand’s poetic vision.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing projects from A to Z; ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are well coordinated.
• Designing and implementing operational workflows to enhance productivity and streamline communication across teams.
• Using tools like Asana, Monday, or similar to track progress, assign tasks, and optimize execution.
• Supporting supply chain management — from supplier sourcing to logistics coordination.
• Monitoring KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Managing relationships with external providers, including warehouses and after-sales service teams.
• Collaborating with our e-commerce and creative teams to ensure consistency in product launches and customer experience.

What We're Looking For :

• You’re an organized, detail-obsessed problem solver with a natural ability to bring clarity to complexity.
• You have 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, or e-commerce coordination — experience in fashion, jewelry, or beauty industries is a plus.
• You’ve worked with Shopify, Figma, Asana, Loop Returns, or Gorgias (or are willing to learn quickly).
• You’re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines while keeping your cool.
• You’re analytical, structured, and results-driven — but with an eye for aesthetics and brand harmony.
• You communicate with ease in both French and English, across internal teams and external partners.
• You’re a proactive doer — ready to take ownership and bring structure to a fast-evolving environment.
