Salary Range: $145,000 - $153,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.

The Clinical Advisor is a critical role that provides in-house clinical support to onboard customers and reduce time to proficiency with clear aligners. The role additionally provides guidance and input for internal training on clinical knowledge as well as supports regional marketing and education team for product launches. This role will support the East Coast.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with key providers to establish treatment protocols and preferences in aligner therapy, for current ClearCorrect products as well as for future new product launch.
  • Act as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases, to ensure excellent provider experience and optimal clinical outcome for ClearCorrect providers.
  • Work closely with field-based sales team reducing time to proficiency for ClearCorrect providers.
  • Closely partner with marketing and sales team to activate ClearCorrect users, acquire new customers and increase case start rate.
  • Co-travel to onboard and engage with customers with field sales and marketing team.
  • Train the ClearCorrect sales and service team in the region from a clinical perspective - with the established treatment protocols, enable them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks.
  • Support the ClearCorrect Education team by providing clinical training to providers via online presentation, onsite workshop, and any other means necessary.
  • Support marketing team for collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery and provide all required support for products launches.
  • Constantly liaise with country teams to keep abreast of product updates, technology advancement and market change.
  • Support Marketing team by participating in User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and provide input and feedback, ensuring assigned local ClearCorrect customers participating to UAT, follow-up and collect feedback.
  • Be a part of high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and company goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD/BDS (Foreign or Domestic).
  • 5+ years of work experience in dentistry, of which at least 2+ years served in a clinical environment or as a setup technician.
  • 1+ years’ experience working in Orthodontics with clear aligners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience in training dentists and orthodontists.
  • Currently living on the East Coast.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
