As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Success Manager who can become an expert on forging strong relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Retain book of business with proactive communication
Facilitating discussions about their expansion by leveraging Autocorp.ai’s suite of products
Support dealers training, product knowledge and adoption
Coordinate smooth and timely implementation and onboarding
Analyze dealer's monthly outcomes and devise actionable strategies to elevate their performance and ROI
Maintain client relationships and assist clients with generating success across our products and services
Maintain seamless collaboration with your colleagues to ensure top-notch service delivery to our clients by updating notes and activities within our platforms
Serve as a recognized industry expert, offering valuable insights and best practices to our clients
Gather and synthesize client feedback, advocating on their behalf for product enhancements and improvements
Swiftly address client issues and concerns, leveraging internal resources and escalation processes when required, to ensure a timely resolution
Foster open dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, being a champion of transparency to enhance operational efficiency and drive collective success across Autocorp.ai
Requirements
Proven track record of success providing support in a high-growth SaaS Organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-2 Years of automotive experience, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations, BDC and/or F&I is a strong asset
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent administrative skills, ensuring all notes are clear and concise
Strong project management skills to be able to facilitate product integration and adoption
Understanding of the GAP sales methodology
Strong negotiation skills
A high sense of urgency
Work well independently and collaborate well with a team
Positive and friendly attitude
Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
