Key Responsibilities :

1. Act as the primary point of contact between our project team and external contractors, ensuring all cable-related activities align with project standards and objectives.
2. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
3. Monitor project progress and contractor performance, providing detailed reports and feedback to ensure all aspects of the cable operations are executed flawlessly.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve any issues swiftly and maintain project timelines and budget.
5. Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in all cable-related processes and operations.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in cable management within the offshore wind sector.
2. Strong technical understanding of cable systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
