CHINA SIMULIA Brand Sales Expert

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:

• Serve as a dedicated sales representative to drive the growth of the SIMULIA business for the next five years.
• Drive opportunity management (from identification to closure) in line with the DS sales process within channels and based on validated customer pains.
• Sell DS solutions (Software & Services) to new customers to reach the given annual growth revenue target.
• Identify and engage appropriate DS internal resources and external ecosystem resources to deliver value to the customer; leverage external Partners (SI, Consultants) & Influencers at the Account.
• Boost sales and market share growth for the SIMULIA brand in China, directly supporting sales engagements.
• Guide and mentor the industry sales teams and partners, and create a credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.

The challenges ahead

As a part of the SIMULIA sales team, you will be responsible for implementing business transformation to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid and long term basis.

You will deliver the revenue plan by executing an overall sales strategy, involving the 3DS extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or business related field is preferred.
• 8-10 years of sales experience in the CAE domain or with a successful track record in energy & materials, high-tech, infrastructure, automobile, aerospace, marine & offshore, industry equipment, public services, etc.
• Automobile, industry equipment, or high-tech industry customer background preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
