Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a world-class CTO to drive our AI, data strategy, and engineering culture, powering our venture-building model for speed, scale, and efficiency. If you're a technical visionary who thrives in high-growth environments, builds for scale, and leverages AI-driven automation to unlock new possibilities, we want to hear from you.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You will own the entire tech strategy across Ideawise and its venture portfolio, ensuring speed doesn’t come at the cost of quality. You’ll architect a future where AI-first systems, real-time data infrastructure, and software craftsmanship are the default.

You’ll lead engineering, product, and growth teams into the next era of venture building.

What You’ll Lead

• Define and own a scalable AI-driven data strategy across Ideawise and its ventures.
• Build AI and ML-powered automation systems that optimize decision-making and operations.
• Drive data-driven growth engineering, ensuring our ventures leverage real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and automation.
• Implement best-in-class software craftsmanship—code must be scalable, maintainable, and high-performance.
• Own data infrastructure (warehousing, real-time processing, event-driven architectures).
• Optimize and scale our development velocity and execution, reducing bottlenecks in engineering processes.
• Champion hardcore DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Introduce CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Drive modular, API-first, and serverless architectures for rapid iteration.
• Ensure 100% uptime, security, and cost efficiency across all technology assets.

Future-Proofing Venture Building & Growth Engineering

• Architect a scalable tech framework that enables rapid venture launches and growth.
• Build technology playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future Ideawise ventures.
• Drive AI/automation integration into product, marketing, and operations.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineering, growth, and venture teams.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performance engineering team, ensuring Ideawise has world-class development capabilities.

Bring What you need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth startups, venture-backed scaleups, or AI-driven companies.
• Scale + Quality – You’ve built high-scale systems and held the bar for technical excellence.
• Craftsmanship Mindset – You care deeply about maintainability, developer experience, and writing code that lasts.
• Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data infrastructure at scale.
• Proven track record in DevOps, SRE, and engineering automation.
• Hands-on technical leader—you don’t just architect; you build, optimize, and scale.
• Strong knowledge of modern software architectures (event-driven, microservices, API-first, serverless, cloud-native, etc.).
• Experience in growth engineering, AI-driven automation, and real-time data analytics.
• Go-getter mentality—you move fast, solve problems, and execute with urgency.
• Experience in venture-building or working with multiple startups is a strong plus.
