Chief Marketing Officer

Our client, a very well established iGaming/Sportsbook operator, is on the lookout for a marketing veteran who can oversee the entire Marketing function, including Acquisition, Branding, Retention, Performance Marketing among others.

With high strategic marketing knowledge and leadership skills in marketing, you will be expected to lead the brand to improve FTDs and GGR for the brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full marketing strategy of the brand.
2. Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output.
3. Organise department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings.
4. Participate in organisation-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth.
5. Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms.
6. Efficient in delegating, working to deadlines and budgets.
7. Driving the user’s growth within the crypto gambling niche.
8. Manage the marketing team and coordinate acquisition and retention activities for sportsbook and casino.
9. Team leadership and development experience.
10. Managing P&L and Marketing budget.
11. Benchmarking against competitors and driving the key changes to stay on top of the competition.

Requirements:

1. Solid previous experience across the online gambling industry (5+ years).
2. Expert in Performance Marketing.
3. Experience working in non-regulated markets.
4. Passion about crypto and knowledge of the crypto trends.
5. 7+ years experience managing a team of highly skilled individuals.
6. Out of the box thinker. Able to identify unexplored marketing channels.
7. Budget Management Experience.
8. Able to influence stakeholders with data-backed evidence.
