Chef de projet digital

Based in Brest, our Digital Project Leader will coordinate cross-functional project teams from design to delivery of fully developed digital products that are ready for customer use. You will be monitoring performance and recommending scheduled changes or resource additions. This role includes investigating facts and developing solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. You will provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.

What you will do:

1. Be the single point of contact for Digital initiatives
2. Collaborate with BU leadership and co-workers to define, manage and own initiative scope in a digital environment
3. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure for an initiative linked to multiple software releases
4. Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones in the context of digital roadmaps for multiple software applications within an Ecosystem.
5. Own the initiative schedule
6. Create program budget with cross-functional managers and directors; optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget
7. Develop a risk management plan for the initiative; Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
8. Estimate, acquire and assign cross-functional program resources; define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member
9. Develop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirements
10. Develop and execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders

What you need:

1. Relation building - build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.
2. Conflict resolution - you have high emotional intelligence and stay calm under pressure
3. Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders
4. Can understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.
5. Keeps the customer at the heart of what we do
6. Exercises good judgment and can weigh benefits and risks to make solid decisions despite ambiguity
7. Growth mindset - ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment

Required:

1. Minimum master's degree in a science or engineering discipline, clinical or related fields
2. 4+ years of work experience
3. Fluent English (C1) and French

Preferred:

1. PMP or equivalent
2. Proficiency in Excel, MS Project or other planning tool
