MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE SUPERVISOR / WORKS SUPERVISOR / BUSINESS MANAGER:

Organization of the work

1. Receive instructions for the works to be undertaken.
2. Become familiar with the technical file.
3. Ensure reporting and feedback for requirements in terms of materials and consumables; receive and accept them.
4. Schedule the intervention and allocate the tasks.
5. Help to evaluate the time needed for each intervention your team undertakes.
6. Supervise and check the execution of the works.
7. Alert the appropriate parties in case of any building site derivation (lead times, worktime budget).
8. Organize and check the maintenance of the equipment and its cleaning and storage after use on the building site.
9. Record and check the time spent by your team.
10. Ensure equipment is safely stored.

Quality, health, safety and the environment

1. Ensure that the QHSE procedures, rules and preventive measures are complied with and passed on.
2. Analyze accidents / incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
3. Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
4. Welcome newcomers to their position.

Operational activities

1. Assist the teams with the execution of their tasks.
2. Participate in the construction work.
3. Pass on the information needed for the as-built drawings of works executed.
4. Formalize the checks.
5. Participate in and/or carry out testing/service operations.
6. Ensure the skills transfer within the team.
7. Carry out the administrative tasks within your scope (receipt, statement of needs for tally sheets).

Communication

1. Account for your activity.
2. Inform the client and/or local residents and/or subscribers.
3. Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team.
