Location: Paris Department Store

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Client and Business Oriented

• Represent AQUAZZURA as an Ambassador of the brand;
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
• Build up a loyal clientele;
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
• Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.

Operations

• Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the Company;
• Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, improving and developing the business;
• Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database, etc.);
• Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Be involved in stock and inventory;
• Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;
• Dynamic, friendly, and engaging personality;
• Must be customer-oriented;
• Action and sales-oriented;
• Excellent customer service attitude;
• Luxury product knowledge;
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
