Missions :

• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer to translate objectives into tangible projects, ensuring their effective implementation.
• Manage product backlog and translate functional evolution needs into detailed product specifications and user stories with your team.
• Monitor projects and AB tests performances, communicate results and insights to stakeholders, proactively offer improvements and solutions.
• Daily monitor push & mail sequences to ensure delivery quality.
• Coordinate development efforts with other departments in the company (marketing, copywriting, analytics, etc.) to ensure project success.
• Support technical migration effort into our new CRM tool.

Hiring Process :

A first conversation on Zoom with Maxime, Talent acquisition manager (30 min Zoom).

A meeting with Angélique, CRM Product Manager and Maxime, Talent acquisition manager (60 min onsite).

An interview with Joelle, Product Growth & Revenue Director and Belinda, People Manager (60 min onsite or Zoom).

On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.

Practical information :

Contract start : As soon as you are ready!

Location : 53 Rue de Châteaudun, Paris 75009.

Work From Home Policy: Hybrid, between 2 and 3 days at the office per week required.

Contract : CDD / Fixed-Term 4 month starting in September.
