Job Description

Your Role & Responsibilities

Join our 10-person Global Trade / Working Capital Solutions team at Natixis CIB as a Financial Analyst for a 6-months internship starting early June. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic international environment and contribute directly to:

1. Financial Analysis: Researching and analysing financial data to support deal structuring.
2. Credit Assessment: Performing internal ratings based on internal and external financial metrics.
3. Transaction Support: Preparing credit approval requests, including drafting financial and market analyses, compiling documentation, and preparing internal memos.
4. Client Onboarding & Management: Participating in the onboarding and periodic review of counterparties.
5. Business Development: Producing and presenting marketing materials and client pitches.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

We are seeking a talented master’s student specializing in finance with a strong analytical aptitude and a passion for international trade, trade finance, supply chain finance, and working capital solutions. You should also possess:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
4. A foundational understanding of corporate finance and working capital solutions.
5. Experience with VBA, Bloomberg, or Power BI is a plus.
