MISSIONS Study program management
- Participate in the study kick-off and launch meeting.
- Produce, distribute and update the study program.
- Identify and assess the study’s risks (financial, technical, regulatory).
- Monitor the execution of the study entrusted to you.
- Supervise, lead and coordinate the team dedicated to the study.
- Decide on the retained hypotheses and calculation methods.
- Check the design briefs and drawings before they are distributed externally.
- Ensure studies-works relations when required by the Business manager or Sector manager (technical meetings, coordination meetings, etc.).
- Record and notify appropriate parties of events which impact the business project’s costs or schedule.
- Establish the business project’s Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Ensure the application of the measures in the Quality-Environment system of the engineering office and in the projects on which it is working.
- Identify and handle non-conformities.
- Take part in business project feedback sessions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 - 6 years’ higher education in an Engineering school.
- Proficient in sizing and coordinating technical studies.
JOB ENVIRONMENT
- Reporting line: Sector manager or Engineering office director (technical studies).
- Internal relations: Technical studies engineer, Business manager, Designer-draughtsman, Project manager, Works supervisor, etc.
- External relations: sub-contractors.
