We are seeking an experienced IT & Systems Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris, France. As the IT & Systems Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our internal customers.
- Lead and manage the IT and Systems Support team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Systems support queries, escalating complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or external service providers
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of network infrastructure, hardware renewals, WIFI, and VOIP systems
- Manage the implementation and support of key software systems including PMS (Property Management System) and related interfaces
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless integration of their respective IT tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes, tools, and documentation
- Provide regular reporting on support requests and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital innovations that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure all IT and systems support activities align with organisational goals and customer satisfaction objectives
Qualifications:
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in IT and Systems Support management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure hardware systems and VOIP technologies
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as FOLS and Opera Cloud
- Understanding of HR information systems and finance tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a support team
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
