As a Channel Account Manager, you will take ownership of assigned channel accounts, develop and execute sales strategy, develop strong relationships with key channel contacts and leverage to Zebra's advantage, utilize sponsorships, marketing initiatives, etc. to promote partnership and improve Zebra business within the channel.
You will plan and execute Zebra sales strategy launches within channel and deliver high impact sales presentations and product training. The Channel Manager should take the lead of business partner by meeting end-users customers.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for French market - channel partners
- Generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities for potential future growth
- Detect untapped markets and establish strategies for increasing revenue from current accounts
- Have a deep understanding of Zebra's software and hardware products and services, along with competitor offerings, and be able to educate customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner
- Manage partner C-Level relationships including financial (revenue) and legal (contractual) interactions
- Identify training and development requirements
- Manage own quota of key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed
- Ensure the company is positively represented at all times
- Work towards a set of monthly/quarterly KPIs
- Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with Partners.
- Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
- Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports
Qualifications:- Bachelors or equivalent experience managing Channel Accounts
- 3+ years of applicable work experience - managing indirect business
- Experience working with different markets: transportation, healthcare, retail...
- Ability to identify high-revenue partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Great coaching and training skills
- Data driven
- Native speaker of French language and advanced level of English
