Today, we are searching for a Change Management Practitioner with 5-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in orchestrating successful HR digital transformations. Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex organizational shifts, fostering seamless transitions, and ensuring the effective integration of digital solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Leading the change management strategies and plans to support complex programs and projects with the HR department;
- Defining and applying a structured change management approach and methodology to structural change alongside HR, IT, and/or business transformation;
- Developing and implementing an actionable and targeted change management roadmap, including a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, risk mitigation plan, and resistance management plan;
- Working with leadership teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan;
- Partnering with key stakeholders to support the execution of specific engagement strategies and action plans;
- Identifying potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns; develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Conducting organizational change readiness assessments, evaluating results, and preparing reports;
- Being an active and visible coach to those participating in the program;
- Creating and managing measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes;
- Assessing the effectiveness of the plan and adjusting it to address issues as they arise;
- Identifying resistance and performance gaps, and working to develop and implement corrective actions;
- Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success;
- Preparing and researching reports, briefings, and presentations, and providing guidance and education on organizational change methodologies.
As a member of our consulting firm, we'll expect you to be a contributor/referent to an offer; to help evangelize change concepts and methods; to support the development of junior consultants; to write business proposals based on your expertise - in short, to participate in the life of our organization.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Master’s degree in business school, human resources, or another related discipline; or the equivalent combination of education and work experience;
- 4 to 7 years of recent relevant work experience in training and/or changing organizational culture.
In addition:
- Experience working in an IT environment;
- Strong coaching skills and ability to coach at all levels of the organization;
- Facilitating workshops using methods such as Ideation, Design Thinking, and innovation games;
- Experience with strategic planning;
- Experience with project management approaches and tools as well as phases of the project lifecycle.

- Change Management Professional (CMP) Certification, PROSCI Certification.
