The Software & Microgrids Business Line markets Energy Pool's EMS (Energy Management System) platform to customers and partners worldwide. Our EMS platform primarily targets the following customer segments:

  1. Microgrid developers and operators
  2. Renewable energy developers and IPPs (independent power producers)
  3. Prosumers (consumers with on-site production and/or storage)

Having acquired solid references in all customer segments in Europe and internationally, we are now scaling our sales and project management capabilities, particularly by packaging our offers per market segment and by developing a network of distributor/integrator partners. The market potential and growth ambitions of the Software and Microgrids Business Line are high and should make a significant contribution to the company's Ambition 2030 development plan.

In this context, we are recruiting an OFFER MANAGER (F/M) who will be in charge of developing the EMS business in the Prosumers market segment worldwide.

Your role:

- You are responsible for your offer(s)' global business strategy and roadmap.

- You coordinate stakeholders from sales and marketing to delivery and operations, and product/engineering.

Your missions:

  1. Build Energy Pool's strategy on your market segments, in collaboration with the company's subsidiaries and other Business Lines involved in EP's offering for each market segment.
  2. Determine the priority countries for developing your offers and adapt the Offer Packaging for each geography.
  3. Participate in all discussions and decisions concerning your offers.
  4. Monitor the achievement of sales targets with the subsidiaries and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Define the product's features and manage the product's marketing roadmap, in coordination with the Product/Engineering team in charge of the product's technical roadmap.
  6. Analyze market potential, trends, players, and competition and determine Energy Pool's positioning and value proposition.
  7. Determine pricing strategy for your offers, in collaboration with the Business Line's Sales Director.
  8. Provide all needed support and documentation to Sales and Presales teams: slide decks, qualification forms, demos, pricing tool, proposals, and contract templates.
  9. Train new employees and ensure that existing staff are constantly updated on your offers.
  10. Work in close collaboration with Project Management and Delivery teams to ensure that they are correctly staffed to deliver an increasing number of projects as your offers' sales are growing.
  11. Identify, recruit, and manage a network of channel partners that will allow scaling Energy Pool's business. Set up a partner certification process for the sale and supply of our solutions to end-customers.
  12. Manage internal processes and tools relating to your offers and make sure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  13. Set up an annual action plan for each of your offers and report to your management on the progress of the plan.

Your profile:

  1. Business school or equivalent, BSc/BA in Marketing or Master's degree in Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years experience in Marketing and Sales of complex solutions, preferably in the Energy sector.
  3. At least one experience in an Offer Management or Product Marketing position.
  4. Complete fluency and ability to impact in English and French is required. A 3rd language would be a plus.
  5. You have knowledge of the Energy sector.
  6. Strategic Marketing/Business Development acumen and experience.
  7. You know Product Marketing methodology and tools.
