The global Danone HR Digitalization Center of Excellence team is recruiting an HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support, focusing on designing and delivering enhancements in the Talent Management module of our SuccessFactors suite in alignment with the upgraded Talent Management ambition and process.

Context of the team:

The HR Digitalization Manager Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support will report into the HR Digitalization Stream Leader- SF sHaRe. Day-to-day activities will include interaction with internal stakeholders, e.g. Global Talent COE team, ITHR, zone/CBU HR & Talent teams, as well as other HR function colleagues.

This position provides a great opportunity to co-build the next era of technology supporting the Talent Management process for Danone. It offers learning regarding the Talent philosophy/ambition/process; exposure to be part of a creation journey of a global process & model; and the opportunity to work in a highly international team & interact with local Danone colleagues all around the world.

This position is based in our global HQ in Paris.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Bringing the Talent Management and Rewards strategy and ambition to life, in line with Danone’s HR Digitalization and Talent roadmap.
  • Talent and Rewards Process in SF- sHaRe:
    • Analyze feedback from previous campaigns, prioritize, and turn ideas into action.
    • Drive the change management process: from design to test, build user guides, training materials, etc.
    • Coordinate all phases of the 2025/26 campaign, including feedback analysis, prioritization, risk management, planning, sign-off, and testing.
    • Design & animate discussions with global Rewards, Talent COE & ITHR teams regarding objectives to support the new Talent roadmap.
    • Monitor the delivery of the process and coordinate issues/topics arising from the development phase.
    • Team up with the Talent COE team to communicate with the Talent community and ensure data/process/user experiences are well understood.
    • Oversee the delivery of materials and respond efficiently to changes and the new mindset.
    • Incorporate user feedback into future roadmap preparation.
    • Support communications with HR digitalization Talent steercos & relevant governance bodies.
  • Talent Card in SF- sHaRe:
    • Design & animate discussions of the Talent Card by identifying different use cases/user journeys.
    • Advise on user journeys in different talent processes.
    • Develop & execute the talent card roadmap within the timeframe.
  • People Conversation in SF suite:
    • Support the people conversation cycle and enhance discussions with relevant stakeholders.
    • Focus on the Objective Setting & Development Conversation campaign, aligning stakeholders and building a roadmap.

Work together with the HR IT Access & Reporting team to build reports that support the campaigns and organize UAT.

About you

Experience:

  • 6+ years in HR digitalization, talent management, and/or project management roles.
  • Proven experience with HR digital tools specific to talent management systems.
  • Expertise with talent management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Talent).
  • Proven track record in project management implementing PM approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Comfortable with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR metrics.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Interest in the digital space with a mindset of driving business ROI and employee experience.
  • Comfortable learning & using technology concepts in day-to-day work.
