Introduction:

The global Danone HR Digitalization Center of Excellence team is recruiting an HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support, focusing on designing and delivering enhancements in the Talent Management module of our SuccessFactors suite in alignment with the upgraded Talent Management ambition and process.

Context of the team:

HR Digitalization Manager – Talent Mgmt & HR Cycles Support will report to the HR Digitalization Stream Leader - SF sHaRe. Day-to-day activities will include interaction with internal stakeholders, e.g., Global Talent COE team, ITHR, zone/CBU HR & Talent teams, as well as other HR function colleagues.

This position provides a great opportunity to co-build the next era of technology supporting the Talent Management process for Danone. It offers learning regarding the Talent philosophy, ambition, and process; exposure to being part of a creation journey of a global process & model; and the opportunity to work in a highly international team & interact with local Danone colleagues worldwide.

This position is based in our global HQ in Paris.

About You

Profile:

Experience:

• 6+ years in HR digitalization, talent management (including talent review, talent development, mobility, etc.), and/or project management roles.
• Proven experience with HR digital tools specific to talent management systems.
• Expertise with talent management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Talent, Oracle Talent Cloud).
• Proven track record in project management implementing PM approaches (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
• Comfortable with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR metrics.

• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Interest in the digital space with the mindset of driving business ROI as well as employee experience.
• Comfortable learning & using technology concepts and applying them in day-to-day work.
