The Global VP of Integrated Marketing will play a critical role in enabling Sephora’s success worldwide partnering with our regional teams on transmitting best practices, while developing complementary marketing programs that we can use internationally.
The role will report to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Nurtures the Sephora brand DNA, ensuring that our positioning, brand strategy, and global brand guidelines are clear and well understood by marketing partners, cross-functional collaborators, and external agencies.
Cultivates our global We Belong to Something Beautiful brand signature and institutional imagery, and supports markets’ localized applications.
Maintains the central Sephora global “brand book,” helping to define usage of our global look & feel, protecting key global “sub-brands.”
Fosters the creative vision for the brand expression and inspiring ongoing interpretation of the brand DNA.
In some cases, captains unique global campaign development for programs that can be leveraged globally. In other cases, works with regional marketing teams to deliver “leveraged” creative, ensuring deliverables can meet the needs of our marketing community at large.
Manages the relationship with key agency collaborators and ensures outsourced content continues to inspire innovation and meet Sephora’s business needs.
Builds new ways of working around the world that accelerates collaboration and enhances shared wins between regions.
Builds timelines and processes to ensure our global deliverables meet regional and local market needs.
Sponsors the development of back-office tools (asset management, project management, etc.) needed to scale marketing now and in the future. Leads continuous improvement and utilization of these tools.
Champions tests in modern marketing content development, including dynamic content creation, translation, genAI, and other means of distribution at scale.
Builds cause marketing and community outreach programs to demonstrate our Purpose to consumers and engage our stakeholders.
Creates a global signature cause platform and supports ongoing commitment to existing programs, such as Classes for Confidence.
Drives consumer awareness of and engagement in our sustainability and social impact programs.
Operates a lean central global team while enabling a broader extended community of marketers.
Identifies opportunities to upskill marketers around the world, growing internal talent and enabling their long-term success.
