Are you a seasoned Demand Planner with an industrial background looking for their next challenge? We are offering the opportunity to join the Supply Chain team as a Demand Planner on a permanent contract in our Paris head office.

Reporting to the Demand Manager, you will be responsible for building the best estimate future product demand with the aim of optimizing production, procurement, inventories, and guaranteeing product availability.

Main Responsibilities:

Build the Demand Planning

1. Analyze, challenge and correct the forecasts built by the sales team.
2. Integrate the output of the supply review into the demand analysis and coordinate the allocation process when needed.
3. Drive the demand review and obtain a 24-month consensus demand plan with commercial leaders.
4. Share the global demand with the internal and external industrial sites to build the production plannings.

Accompany the Forecast Accuracy Improvement

Contribute to the Turnover Execution

1. Participate in the weekly meeting led by the sites dedicated to the turnover execution.
2. Identify the issues, facilitate the problem-solving across the organization (e.g., commercial risk, credit management).

Be Involved in Projects Impacting the Future Demand and Sales

Our Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in supply chain, CPIM certificate (ASCM) desired.
2. 3 years in supply chain, ideally in a B2B pharmaceutical environment, including relevant experience in forecasting or demand planning.
3. Active participation experience in an S&OP process is an asset.
4. Fluency in both French & English is mandatory.
5. Advanced use of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Experience with using Colibri/SAP or other forecasting/ERP systems.
7. Ability to prioritize projects and communicate direction internally and externally.
8. Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to influence and work effectively with diverse groups of associates and customers ranging from entry-level to executive-level positions.
10. Autonomous and detail-oriented, with analytical skills. Team player.
