CDD- Chargée de Recrutement international (H / F)

We are looking for an International Recruitment Officer (M / F) to join our team and lead the recruitment of talent on a global scale. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates for our international projects using innovative sourcing strategies.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Identify and directly approach international talent through professional social networks and other recruitment channels.
2. Develop relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad to strengthen our talent pool.
3. Work closely with HR managers across our international group to coordinate recruitment needs and streamline processes.
4. Write and publish attractive job offers aligned with international market expectations.
5. Conduct interviews in English and assess candidates' skills based on project needs.
6. Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent worldwide.
7. Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
8. Analyze global employment market trends and suggest continuous improvements to the recruitment process.

Required Profile :

1. Significant experience in recruitment, ideally in an international context.
2. Mastery of direct sourcing and recruitment techniques.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multicultural stakeholders.
4. Experience in collaborating with higher education institutions and academic organizations abroad.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with international HR teams.
6. Strong analytical skills, organization, and autonomy in managing recruitments.
7. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in another language would be an asset.
