Your Role

1. 负责空压机替换业务的市场拓展与客户开发，寻找潜在客户
2. 深入了解客户对空压机替换的需求，提供专业解决方案
3. 跟进替换业务订单，协调公司内部资源，确保业务顺力推进
4. 维护与老客户的关系，挖掘其新的替换业务需求
5. 收集市场信息，分析竞争对手，为业务策略调整提供依据
6. 完成上级交付的其他任务

To succeed, you will need

1. 大学本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、工程或自动化专业教育背景,英语读写熟练
2. 具有压缩机行业工作经验3年以上，熟悉替换业务流程优先考虑
3. 良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神，抗压能力强，责任心重
