Job Responsibilities :

• Lead complex studies or multi-protocol programs, coordinating activities across multiple locations and providing statistical oversight.
• Perform project management activities, including resource planning, timelines, and milestone management.
• Lead the development of complex Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and perform senior reviews of SAPs developed by other statisticians.
• Conduct overall statistical review of Tables, Figures, and Listings for complex studies prior to client delivery.
• Collaborate with data management to implement and review Case Report Forms and study-specific specifications to align with data collection.
• Develop the statistical sections of study protocols for complex studies under the supervision of a statistical consultant.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff, providing direction and reviewing work to ensure accuracy and adherence to departmental policies.
• Present and share knowledge at monthly team meetings and external scientific conferences.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, developing or reviewing procedural documents and contributing to new initiatives.

Key Requirements :

• 10+ years in statistics roles in CRO / Pharma / Biotech.
• Extensive experience within Real World Evidence space.
• Demonstrable experience with SAS as statistical software.
• Experience with CDISC standards.
• Strong organizational skills, an autonomous and collaborative work style, a curious mind, and a keen attention to detail.
