We are currently seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our Order Management module .

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Order Management module.
• Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow Order Management module to meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Provide support and training to end-users on the Order Management module.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Monitor and maintain the Order Management module , addressing any issues or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow and Order Management.
• Strong understanding of Order Management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
