As a future Business Transformation Officer, you will report to the Managing Director, and you will be part of AXA IM Alts - Real Estate.

Workstream leader on various key transformation workstreams with the goal to enhance IMRA's Target Operating Model and IT platform to meet future Business needs.
Over the last years, AXA IM Real Assets has re-designed its Operating Model focusing on simplification, harmonization, and industrialization while at the same time improving the service level to internal and external clients. The roadmap for 2025 and beyond considers further enhancements with respect to:
- Management of ESG-related topics (e.g., further enhancing/automating the ESG reporting requirements for all Alts businesses, integrating the firm's Real Estate Equity decarbonization model into today's infrastructure)
- Analysis of data (amongst other, ESG data), especially with regards to optimization and readiness across tools and teams
- Further application of digitalization, machine reading and AI functionalities (e.g. OCR, chatbot and SecureGPT)
- Further enhancements of the IT platform based on the Business needs defined and any future need (amongst others, leveraging RDR for Capza and the Structured Finance business, as well as CRE Debt and Infrastructure)
In addition, all related workstreams with respect to closing the BNP transaction and integrating the businesses will be crucial going forward. LIFT will play a key role to deliver on resp. support these workstreams.
Your role and responsibilities will include
- Lead various high-profile workstreams until full implementation within the scope and timeframe set. In addition, provide KPIs which show the benefits of the implementation (in a quantitative and qualitative way). As part of this, make sure that:
- The relevant stakeholders are identified, onboarded, kept involved, managed and updated regularly
- The business requirements are clearly defined and validated
- The contributors and other stakeholders of the project deliver on the tasks assigned within the timeframe agreed upon
- Each workstream stays in time and budget
- Each workstream is managed in a forward looking way
- The critical path of each workstream is managed thoroughly
- A holistic view on the workstream towards the overall Operating Model and IT platform is given.
- Make sure that the business requirements which result from the workstreams are reflected in the Operating Model and IT landscape accordingly and potential dependencies to other workstreams are considered. In this context, work closely together with - amongst other - the various Businesses, Data Management, Responsible Investment, the IT workstream and Risk/Compliance
- Facilitate that the contributors and other stakeholders of the project embark the envisaged changes and act as change ambassadors going forward
- Contribute to the overall communication and change management strategy to facilitate the overall adoption.
This role is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of Real Assets professionals within the firm (across countries and business lines), to understand the drivers of the business and to contribute to the evolution of the Alts Operating Model.

Your qualifications and experience
- University degree (e.g. in business or real estate desirable, but not a pre-requisite)
- Experience in managing projects within the Alternatives industry
- Proven track record in Alternatives-related project management and implementation of larger projects
- Understanding of processes and the implications of technology, financial techniques and/or legislations related to Investment Management in general or Alternatives in particular
- Understanding ESG matters and adapting to the continuous evolutions in ESG capabilities and requirements
