Job Description

You join the Treasury & Account Management team in Global Markets Operations as a Business Process Expert. The main activities of the team are cash management, the follow-up of cash compensation files with counterparties (cash compensation claim), the follow-up of all bank fees, maintaining the mapping of accounts and related data and optimizing the cost of funding.

You will be involved, in collaboration with the Global Process Owner (GPO), in the continuous improvement of processes on the Natixis Paris perimeter and its international platforms.

Your daily tasks are:

• Analysis of existing processes in immersion with the Paris teams to identify the steps and actors in the process
• Comparison with the processes as they are operated on international platforms
• Identification of malfunctions in the process
• The establishment of an action plan to improve the processes and the support of their implementation with the teams
• The evaluation of performance via KPIs and the follow-up of their improvement following Action plans

To succeed in this role, it will be necessary to propose solutions, play collectively with all the actors and be agile on all the subjects to be treated in parallel.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in operational trades and project management, as well as ideally successful experience on Six Sigma practices.

You are proficient in:

• Market activities and products, ideally international settlement processes and cash management;
• Process management methods;
• Managing cross-cutting projects.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Curious, enthusiastic and playing a facilitating role in inter-team coordination;
• Able to collaborate with different stakeholders within the business lines, international platforms;
• Adaptable and you offer solutions in a constrained environment.

You have a C1 level of English.
