• Proficiency with basic technology tools including Zoom, social media, and other digital platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging in marketing and lead generation across social media platforms (training provided)
• Conducting structured phone and Zoom interviews using company-provided training and scripts
• Following up with clients to monitor progress and ensure engagement with our award-winning personal development programs
• Managing and optimizing your own work schedule to maximize efficiency and results
• Participating in 3-5 weekly training Zoom sessions to enhance your professional development
