A leading company is seeking a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to drive B2C sales and expand its Dutch market presence. This role is perfect for a sales-driven strategic professional with a strong background in 360 outbound sales client acquisition and market expansion. If you are based in Paris or in London, this role could be for you!

Tasks

  1. Drive new customer acquisition by selling and advising on the clients' innovative services to freelancing professionals.
  2. Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of prospective clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up.
  3. Lead the complete 360 sales cycle for the Dutch market, encompassing prospecting, cold calling, solution demonstrations, and deal closure.
  4. Analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring a high-quality client experience from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  5. Build strong client relationships across designated regions, actively contributing to client retention and satisfaction.
  6. Partner with internal teams to align service delivery and fulfil client expectations.

Requirements

  1. Native level of Dutch a plus
  2. Full Professional level of English
  3. Experience as a recruiter with a 360 approach or Sales Experience
  4. Background in agency recruitment, particularly in technology and consulting sectors (e.g., software engineers, marketing consultants, etc.)
  5. Expertise in handling profiles from the tech landscape and understanding the dynamics of freelance work
  6. Excellent relationship management skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor for clients and candidates
  7. Proactive with the ability to generate leads independently (strong outbound approach, networking, and event participation)
  8. Ability to engage with and negotiate with potential clients, understanding labour laws, taxes, and freelancer-related regulations
  9. Comfortable working in an international, flexible, and dynamic environment
