Business Development (Senior Manager / Director)

Our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, is expanding its footprint across Europe and the United States, and is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager or Director to lead strategic growth in these markets.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while driving high-value engagements with enterprise clients, positioning cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions in an increasingly complex digital world.

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Client Development: Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities with medium-to-large enterprises across Europe and the US.
  • Sales Leadership: Design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with organizational goals and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • CXO Engagement: Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and other C-level stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to offer differentiated cybersecurity solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure customer success and seamless sales execution.
  • CRM Excellence: Leverage Salesforce or similar platforms to manage pipeline, forecasting, and client records with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in cybersecurity or IT-related fields.
  • 10+ years of business development experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Strong enterprise sales background with a proven track record in the Europe/US markets.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based models is an advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to different time zones.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
