ROLE & IMPACT
At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, businesses that have more than 20 points of sale, and the SMBs (Small & Medium businesses). With our 2025 goals in mind, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be in charge of the MENA expansion, BDR team growth, and winning new markets!
Your goal? Ensure Partoo understands the MENA market and attracts new clients.
MISSIONS
Contact prospects via multiple touchpoints to obtain qualified appointments with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital).
Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions.
Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers.
Work hand in hand with the International Sales team to increase their sales force, develop sales, and help build a first-class team.
Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads through reminders and personalized, creative messages to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions.
Achieve weekly objectives of creating new opportunities and concrete sales.
Generate new business opportunities at events, through marketing, and various initiatives.
Prospect new accounts in the region.
Keep clean data on Salesforce, your main CRM tool.
IT'S A MATCH
First experience required; experience in sales/business development is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic is a plus).
Good organizational skills.
Dynamic, agile, and always positive.
Loves challenges.
A genuine desire to grow and learn about the industry.
Good analytical skills.

A take-at-home exercise.
A 1h interview with Jérémie, Head of Global BDR.
