How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager with a strong technical Agronomy background to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be our ‘face in the field’ focused on creating demand for Nufarm’s differentiated product portfolio with defined key accounts across the region.
This role will manage the Central West NSW area (Location flexible within region). The role will require regular travel, a tool of trade vehicle will be provided.

What do you bring?
You’re ideally tertiary qualified in Agriculture or bring experience operating in a commercial or technical role within a similar environment. You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region or are eager to launch your career in this field with the market leader!
Technical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners and growers. You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you’re results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.
Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.com) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.
