Cambrium's mission is to trigger the next wave of material innovation by harnessing biology's molecular building blocks. We fundamentally believe that the ability to align economic and environmental incentives makes biology the most important manufacturing technology of the 21st century. Using our molecular design technology we create novel material building blocks with previously inaccessible functionalities. Our molecules enable innovators to create products that are better for people and the planet.
At Cambrium we've successfully developed an innovative product for the polymers market and are currently starting to scale our first Polymers partnership. But we're just at the beginning. Our world-class research team is already working on new products for coatings, foams, adhesives, fiber, and other performance materials. We are now gearing up to bring these products to market and scale our operations.

Your role
As a Business Development Associate on our Polymers team, you'll be at the forefront of driving our commercial growth in the polymers market. Working directly with our team, you'll identify partnership opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and shape our go-to-market strategy. This hands-on role combines strategic thinking with execution, requiring you to move fast and adapt quickly as we establish our position in the market.
