Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, they are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of the biotechnology and biomanufacturing sector to strengthen their team. Their ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve your revenue objective through structured management of your pipeline of Leads and Opportunities until the contract is signed.
• Identify and prospect new customers and partners.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand their customer base.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs and offer them adapted solutions.
• Analyze the market and the competition to adjust their business strategies.
• Attend events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Propose improvement actions.

Qualifications:

• You like the complexity of projects and the challenges to be met.
• Experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, ideally in biotechnology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and offer writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and office software.
