Executive Business Transformation Consultant

Location: Montreal or Quebec City

Job Overview

Pursue your career within a management boutique where you will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Designing the transformation process and supporting our clients’ transformations:

Planning meetings and deliverables

  1. Information gathering (client or market)
  2. Design and facilitation of workshops
  3. Preparation and facilitation of work sessions
  4. Production of reports / syntheses / deliverables
  5. Conducting interviews
  6. Execution of implementation strategy and change management activities
  7. Client relationship management and business opportunity identification
  8. Manage team and development of consultants on assignment
  9. Project management (schedule, budget) and reporting on progress
  10. Contribution to the development of the firm on various working committees and special projects
  11. Active contribution to business development:

Participation in the preparation of service offers to clients

  1. Writing of blogs or other publications
  2. Participation in networking events
  3. Live and convey the values of boldness, openness, benevolence, and humility to your colleagues and clients

Your Profile

You are unique and stand out with your:

  1. Graduate degree in management, strategy, organizational development, or change management (or other field relevant to organizational transformation; we also like atypical profiles!)
  2. Minimum 5 years of professional consulting experience
  3. Concern for the satisfaction of clients and colleagues through the quality of your work, your interpersonal skills, and the sound management of the activities entrusted to you
  4. Strong work ethic and professionalism
  5. Curiosity and interest in developing yourself
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive feedback
  7. Ability to conceptualize and synthesize information
  8. Versatility and adaptability
  9. Intrapreneurial spirit, sense of initiative, and responsibility
  10. Mastery of MS Office software
  11. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
