Our client is a startup in the tech construction sector, and this role provides great hands-on experience to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup.

The Role

Industry : Construction

Reporting to : CEO / General Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our supplier and construction company network across Switzerland. You will identify and engage new suppliers and construction firms, leading them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are fully registered and integrated into our platform. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential suppliers and construction companies in Switzerland.
  2. Conduct research to generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective partners.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard suppliers.
  4. Guide suppliers and construction companies through the registration process.

Partnership Management

  1. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and construction companies.
  2. Act as the point of contact for partners to resolve any issues.
  3. Regularly communicate with partners to keep them engaged and active.

Market Expansion

  1. Assist in identifying growth opportunities in untapped regions within Switzerland.
  2. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for scaling supplier and construction company registrations.
  3. Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs for supplier registrations and engagement.
  4. Track and report progress, identifying areas for improvement in outreach and conversion strategies.

Ideal Profile

  1. You have at least 3 years of experience within a Buying/Procurement or Sales Operations/Sales Support role, ideally within the Construction industry.
  2. You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
  3. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  4. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  6. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
