Would you like to join an innovative high-tech company ?

Our company, specialized in the design and manufacture of high-tech industrial machines, is looking for its future Business Developer Plasma (M / F).

Your missions

You will be responsible for developing SAIREM's sales in the plasma and hydrogen markets. You will also be in charge of promoting SAIREM’s laboratory equipment within R&D laboratories.

Your responsibilities :

  • Sales of equipment in high-tech sectors (research centers, high-tech industry) :
  • Managing prospects : qualifying requests, evaluating technical feasibility with SAIREM's engineering teams, preparing quotes, handling commercial negotiations in coordination with technical teams, securing orders, and following up with project managers.
  • Managing customer portfolios in targeted segments (Hydrogen, university laboratories) : identifying key accounts, meeting potential customers, and preparing offers independently.
  • Managing and developing a network of specialized distributors worldwide, including selecting and recruiting new distributors if needed.
  • Attending international trade shows and conferences in these markets, giving technical presentations in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Contributing to marketing strategy and materials for the relevant markets, working closely with the marketing department, R&D, and engineering teams.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality, lead time, and pricing, in coordination with internal teams.

What you bring to the role

  • Technical knowledge of plasma technologies.
  • Fluent in English ; French is a plus.
  • Sales experience in technical high-tech equipment.
  • Strong customer relations skills, ability to analyze needs, follow up on projects, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Curiosity and analytical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with rigor and autonomy.
