As a Business Developer, you'll be joining Portalia's Paris-based teams to be at the heart of the company's growth strategy, with varied and stimulating missions:

• Sales strategy definition: actively participate in the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
• Acquiring new customers: actively identify and attract new freelancers and companies.
• Customer relationship management: develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contract negotiation: negotiate contract terms and conditions, balancing the interests of the company with those of the customer.
• Market analysis: keep a constant watch on market trends to detect new growth opportunities.
• Innovation: integrating the latest technologies into our day-to-day work to enhance our competitiveness and propose improvements to develop the company.

About you :

• 2 to 3 years' experience as a business developer.
• You've worked in the “portage salarial” sector.
• You have a good mastery of digital tools, and are interested in new technologies.
• You are passionate about business development, human relations and negotiation.
• You have a Master's degree.
