Responsibilities:

1. Understand requirements for each event
2. Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
3. Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
4. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, supply the materials for demos, raise POs, manage the goodies and brochures stock, etc.)
5. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
6. Do final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
7. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
8. Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
9. Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
10. Cooperate with marketing to promote and publicize event
11. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
12. Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
13. Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data
14. Review NDA templates and work with legal accordingly
15. Do outbound prospecting by calling potential customers
16. Manage inbound leads and qualify/disqualify them accordingly

Minimum Requirements:

1. You are in your final year of an Engineering or Technical school
2. You know the logistics sector or are ready to discover it
3. You want to work for a fast-growing company offering an innovative product
4. You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, and are able to work independently.
5. You are fluent in English
