About the role

Blacksand Villas is seeking a talented and driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth for our premium villa rental company. Your role will be essential in expanding our footprint and solidifying our position as a leader in the luxury villa market.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and research
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new villa partnerships and client bookings
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing villa owners and clients to secure repeat business
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
6. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to pitch Blacksand Villas' services to prospective clients
7. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the leadership team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or real estate industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. Passion for the luxury villa rental market and a deep understanding of the industry
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
