On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Analyst - Consultant.

Business Analyst - Consultant – Job Description

Provide subject matter expertise to lead and support the project at each stage to ensure successful delivery:

1. Write Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
2. Review System Requirements Documents (SRD) and System Design Documents (SDD)
3. Work with business and technology partners to review the testing plans, prepare the test cases, perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
4. Document the testing results in UAT exit report for auditing purposes
5. Perform data validation (assessment of data vs. business rules and standards), data quality analysis, investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure adherence with bank and regulatory standards
6. Work with business stakeholders to develop, implement and validate credit risk scorecards for Credit Model Performance Monitoring (CMPM)
7. Work with technology partner to ingest new data feeds, bring in new data elements and new values for existing data elements into CMPM system
8. Responsible for troubleshooting all kinds of data issues that have an impact on scorecard model performance
9. Responsible for documentation of all business requirements, system designs, technology solutions related to CMPM projects

Business Analyst - Consultant – Mandatory Skills

1. Solid knowledge about Retail Credit Risk data
2. 8+ years' experience as a BA in a fast-paced environment within a related field

Business Analyst - Consultant - Nice to Have Skills

1. Credit Risk Scorecard Model related experience
2. Familiar with Credit Bureau Score data
3. Familiar with Credit Model Lifecycle and Scorecard Development Process
4. Knowledge of risk management terminology and principles
